About the role
As an AI Consultant at RevoData, you’ll work at the intersection of people, technology and impact. You’ll help organisations understand how AI can support their work – giving demos to non-technical stakeholders, guiding conversations and translating challenges into clear AI solutions.
You’ll also get hands-on building workflows, RAG systems and AI agents on our Private AI platform, while supporting our sales efforts with your expertise when needed.
This is a consultancy role for someone who enjoys switching smoothly between client-facing work and technical implementation.
About you
You enjoy helping people understand new technology – especially those without a technical background. You’re patient, curious, and confident explaining complex ideas in a simple way.
You’re comfortable giving demos to clients across various domains, and you’re able to build trust quickly. What you'll do
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI agents that automate processes or support employees.
- Design and implement RAG systems to deliver reliable, context-aware AI outputs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement – identify new opportunities for AI to create value and guide them through adoption at their pace.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions – understand the client’s goals, ask the right questions and map their needs to what our platform can deliver.
- Develop and implement the Private AI platform at clients.
- Give demos of our Private AI platform to clients – often to non-technical stakeholders such as government officials or healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement the Private AI platform at clients.
- Create and optimise workflows using tools such as n8n.
- Support sales with your technical expertise by joining early-stage conversations, helping scope opportunities.
- Contribute to best practices and platform development by sharing ideas, improving architecture, and helping shape how Private AI is implemented across our client base.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the engagement – identifying new opportunities for AI to create value and guiding them through adoption at their pace.
What you bring
- A background in consultancy, data or IT, with enough experience to navigate client conversations and manage expectations effectively.
- Solid working knowledge of Python, and familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with (Gen)AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG or prompt engineering – or the ability to learn these quickly.
- Strong communication skills, especially when speaking with non-technical stakeholders.
- Patience, clarity and confidence when explaining how AI works to people unfamiliar with the technology.
- A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to explore the latest AI and software engineering developments.
- Comfort juggling multiple tasks at once, switching context smoothly, and keeping a clear overview in fast-moving environments.
- Ability to translate business questions into concrete, technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with teammates and clients.
- Fluency in English & Dutch.

- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of vector databases (Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus).

As an MLOps Engineer at RevoData, you will help clients automate and streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models at scale. You’ll combine strong technical skills with a collaborative mindset to build robust, scalable ML platforms that accelerate business value.
- End-to-end ML model lifecycle experience (development to decommissioning) on at least 4 production projects.
- Experience using big data frameworks to build scalable pipelines for model training and inference.
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and context engineering, with practical experience using platforms such as Hugging Face, Azure
AI, and OpenAI. - Proficiency in deploying both traditional ML models (e.g., LightGBM, XGBoost, Scikit-learn) and deep learning models (e.g.,

As a Data Platform Engineer at RevoData, you will work on different
projects that involve the best set-up of the Databricks platform for each
of our clients, tailored to their individual situations.- You have built flexible, scalable, and resilient Data & AI

Our Technical Product Owner will play a key role in further shaping this core offering – owning its vision, roadmap, and delivery from strategy to continuous implementation for new clients we onboard. You’ll translate client needs into product direction, collaborate closely with internal teams, and ensure that what we build delivers long-term value and quality.
About you
As our Technical Product Owner, you will combine a technical mindset with commercial thinking. You enjoy talking to clients to understand what they really need, translating those insights into clear product direction for our internal teams. You take ownership of the full lifecycle: from identifying market opportunities and defining what to build, to ensuring smooth delivery and client success.
You are hands-on and eager to do whatever is needed to deliver value: from writing Jira tickets for the team, to co-hosting sales meetings, and determining the long-term roadmap. You bring a scale-up mentality, always thinking a few steps ahead to realize exponential growth.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap and translate business and technical needs into prioritized features, actionable tasks, and clear success criteria.
- Work closely with consultants and engineers to design, improve, and deliver solutions that accelerate adoption and enhance ongoing use of Databricks.
- Engage directly with clients to gather feedback, understand pain points and identify opportunities for new features or enhancements.
- Oversee the product implementation at customers, ensuring high-quality delivery, smooth onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with sales to support commercial discussions, preparing demos, and helping identify where new solutions could create value.
- Monitor performance and efficiency, analyzing workloads, tracking metrics, and recommending improvements to ensure clients get the most out of Databricks.
- Enable client teams to focus on business impact, translating technical best practices into solutions that remove operational complexity and accelerate results.
What you bring
- You’ve built or managed data-driven products in a B2B environment and know what it takes to move from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of data platforms or managed services – Databricks experience is a plus.
- The ability to translate technical possibilities into business value, and business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with both clients and technical teams.
- A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset: you enjoy turning vision into reality.
- Tech-savvy but not necessarily a developer – you understand technical concepts well enough to steer direction confidently.
